Handy Harbor is a Village Item track added at launch. Prior to the RISE Update, this track was a Speed track.
The track consists of seven hairpin turns in the shape of a four-fingered hand, followed by a straightforward back alley street and through a clocktower, leading back to the starting line. The second and fourth fingers have narrow shortcuts through them.
