World Kart Championship
World Kart Championship (usually abbreviated to WKC) is a map theme in KartRider: Drift added on May 11, 2023.
Summary
World Kart Championship tracks take place in professionally-built, dedicated racing courses in various locales around the world, contrasting the similar World Tour, which usually have players racing through city streets. WKC tracks tend to feature pit stop areas near the starting line, stacks of tires as obstacles and bumpers, and the theme heavily utilizes deceleration zones, usually representing "off-road" sections which drastically slow karts down while driving through them.
Unlike most other themes, all tracks in the World Kart Championship theme are exclusive to Speed mode. However, if a WKC track appears in Crossover mode, the game reuses the same crate item boxes from the Village theme.
