Summary
Character Skill
Pim's character skill is Slippery Snowflake. Upon activation, Pim drops three Snowflakes onto the track around him. Opponents who drive over a Snowflake will be frozen in ice and temporarily locked out of their steering controls.
Cooldown: 26/24.7/23.4/22.1/20.8 seconds.
